HR Benefit

It was clear from the outset that HR Benefit wanted more than just a new design - it wanted a holistic, forward-looking brand identity. As part of an intensive workshop with significantly more participants than usual, we precisely analyzed the brand identity and worked out how the corporate vision and values could be clearly reflected in the digital world.

The result was a holistic redesign that began with a modern and clearly structured logo that reflects HR Benefit's digital and innovative orientation. A new icon system and a comprehensive redesign of the flyer and website were also part of the project. The website needed to be more than just a visual presentation as before; it needed to provide a user-friendly platform that would appeal to both employers and employees. The balancing act in the visual presentation was achieved with the new color scheme, which is very versatile in its application. With the new design and intuitive functions, we have created an experience that makes it possible to quickly and precisely understand the many offers and benefits of HR Benefit.

We were guided by the clear lines and structure of the brand. Every design element should have a function and at the same time be memorable and innovative. The new design combines the clear and user-friendly structure with a visual identity that is both modern and appealing. The design of the icons and the website in particular fits perfectly into the overall concept and reinforces the feeling of a progressive, future-oriented brand. You want proof? Please do: After only a short time, we removed a conversion option from the website because the company temporarily couldn't keep up with the huge number of requests (from employees).

However, the project is not yet complete at this point. The HR Benefit calculator will soon be launched, enabling employers to quickly calculate how much they can save by implementing corporate benefits through HR Benefit. You have already gotten a sneak peak here. At the same time, employees have the opportunity to see what added value they receive from these benefits. With this expansion, HR Benefit will be even better able to communicate the digital added value and individuality of its services.

This project was not only a creative challenge, but also an opportunity to build a brand for the future - a brand that conveys its values in every line and every pixel and shows its partners and customers the way to a better, transparent and future-proof solution. We are proud to be part of this journey and look forward to the next steps with HR Benefit.

With two recommendations from HR-Benefit already, we seem to have done everything right here ;) ... and who knows? Maybe we'll soon be able to revise the app in terms of UX/UI and design.
